Back on Asgard after saving New York from his brother's invasion, Thor is missing Jane Foster. Back on Midgard, she discovers by accident an Infinity Stone that is going to be the source of some major drama for Thor's family with the return of the Dark Elves and their leader Malekith who wants their revenge on the Asgardians.

De retour sur Asgard après avoir sauvé New York de l'invasion de son frère, Thor se languit de Jane Foster qui, de son côté, découvre par hasard sur Midgard une pierre de l'Infini. Cette dernière va se révéler êtr la source d'horribles drames pour Thor et sa famille avec notamment le retour des Elfes Noirs et de leur leader Malekith qui veut prendre sa revanche sur les Asgardiens.
